This company is run by a husband and wife, with nearly ten affiliated companies across various industries. They are all very small, apparently to evade taxes.

The company insures everyone through labor and health insurance using the minimum 22K salary amount. On the surface, they say this is to let employees take home more money each month, but in reality it is to reduce the amount they themselves have to contribute! This is illegal!

Moreover, the bosses are very poor at judging people. They quickly dismiss anyone they deem unsuitable. To avoid paying severance, they initially use three-month fixed-term employment contracts. They make random deductions for being late, and later changed this to deducting 100 from the attendance bonus for tardiness.
