This company has been offering long-term courses at National Taipei University of Technology, which is quite appealing. It also allows people who do not work for the company to attend and share information. Many companies do not place much emphasis on talent development, so this point appealed to me.

After all, it is a vendor-side company, so it is pretty good for practicing various project development skills (at least in my opinion).

I feel that they have put thought into it, but it could still be a little better.
