1. The boss rarely comes into the office, and when he does, it is in the afternoon. Meetings continue until after working hours.
2. Meetings never have topics or agendas; everything is very improvised.
3. Even minor matters concerning the company’s operations require the boss’s approval.
Taken together, these three points make it clear that... even a small matter has to wait for the boss, who only comes in once in a long while, to make a decision. The company is extremely inefficient.
1. The boss loves to boast about having extensive marketing experience with many international companies~ Yet when it comes to the company’s own products, he pushes ahead without any market research or marketing plan. They do not fit the market at all, resulting in very poor performance.
2. Unfortunately, the boss lives in the clouds. Even though the products are already difficult to sell, he still insists on not giving distributors any price concessions. As a result, even the distribution channels refuse to sell them.
3. He does not respect people. Because his own perspective is very limited, he assumes that employees are the same.
