Emphasis is placed on fundamentals, engineers’ basic professional competencies, and English reading ability (after all, the day-to-day tasks require reading documents in the original language).

An annual salary equivalent to 14 months, plus a bonus paid depending on operating conditions~

Purely my personal impression:

1. It’s a stable company.

2. Very native.

I would highly recommend it to:

1. Engineers with 2–5 years of experience who expect a monthly salary of NT$40,000–60,000.

2. Those seeking stability (which isn’t a bad thing, if you know what kind of environment you want).
