Pros

No advantages whatsoever—a complete disaster of a company, all packaging and no substance. I strongly advise against falling for it.

Cons

A company that only knows how to make grand promises—extremely good at making grand promises, with words always coming faster than action.

The work is inefficient. There is no employment contract and nothing is documented in writing; everything is merely verbal, with no protection whatsoever.

The company does not even have an office. At most, it is just a personal workspace (namely, his room). The claimed workplace at 259 George Street, Sydney, NSW 2000, Australia is actually someone else’s company. They make others think it is their own company, as if it were their office. It is laughable.

The most ridiculous thing is that he often boasts that he has a surefire way to make money. He brings it up from time to time, saying, “Because I have ‘that trick,’” but he will not tell you what the trick is. He says he will tell you after a few years, if you are still with the company. I thought: if you are not going to explain it, then stop mentioning it.

He often lectures you with his self-righteous opinions, speaking as though he were extraordinary and knew everything, believing himself to be a genius. He frequently regards himself as the top scholar, so whatever he says must be right. He is extremely narrow-minded, and when he cannot win an argument, he starts raising his voice.

Whenever there is a problem, it is someone else’s fault; he is never wrong. He constantly says that a former employee left because of this or that, while claiming he himself had no problems. The funny thing is that all of this comes from him, and its truth cannot be verified.

He has violent tendencies and often says he wants to beat up or hit someone. He claims to be very familiar with organized crime and that his family has powerful connections.

He has strongly pro-green political views. During interviews, he asks irrelevant questions about your political stance and religion. If he hears that someone is Christian or supports the Kuomintang, he turns them away.

Only the Buddhism he follows is considered correct.

The company benefits package is written to look good, but several items are essentially fraudulent.

The job description differs drastically from the actual work. He will pick up piles of unwanted electronics and junk from others and ask you to list them for sale on eBay. If they do not sell well, he will berate you and tell you to quickly sell items that have been sitting there for a long time.

At first, everything creates the illusion that it will be very good. I strongly advise anyone thinking of applying, or preparing to start, to think twice. Do not waste your life or your time.
