The manager who conducted the first interview was really nice! I liked him a lot! The conversation was extremely pleasant, and we shared many of our thoughts with each other.

During the second interview, it was very obvious that the senior manager had already decided halfway through listening that I was just okay. He seemed a bit inattentive. His attitude was still good, but it was a little disappointing that I ultimately wasn't hired. The only downside was that there was no rejection notice or follow-up. I later contacted the junior manager myself, and he replied with something along the lines of how unfortunate it was. At least they gained a few points back in terms of basic courtesy.
