Probably just being able to purchase the company's own products first.
1. Although it is a long-established company in Taiwan's anime industry, ironically, the department heads do not love anime and related culture. In terms of their attitude, they even look down somewhat on the anime fans working at the company.
2. The copyright department is extremely busy and under a great deal of pressure; the effort and rewards are not proportional. When I was still working there, there was no overtime pay at all; I don't know how the system has changed now. In particular, when large-scale events are held, working overtime on holidays does happen.
3. The department-head positions are occupied, so basically there are very few opportunities for promotion.
4. The company has little standing with Japanese copyright holders. If you make the Japanese side unhappy, the vice president will hint that you should leave.
