Pros

The coworkers were pretty good.

Cons

I worked there for over a year and left this position two years ago.

Just sharing my experience!

It was not an office job, the pay was extremely low, and there was no year-end bonus.

After deducting labor and health insurance, it was just over 25,000.

HR required employees to sign a document stating that they voluntarily stayed beyond their shifts without receiving pay.

The former store manager awarded bonuses almost entirely according to personal preferences,

(with the bonus differences amounting to over 1,000 almost every month).

Several colleagues worked extremely hard,

and had the highest sales volume,

but when they left, they were accused of baseless wrongdoing and had their additional quarterly bonus deducted!

Someone embezzled points, yet still received the highest additional monthly bonus...!?

With such an improper mindset,

it's no wonder the brand can't be run successfully!

All of the above statements are supported by evidence that has been preserved.

Because the store manager had a great deal of influence and was very discriminatory, I was afraid it would affect my next job,

so I did not immediately report the unjustified wage deductions to the Labor Bureau.

But thinking about it still makes me very angry.

We are no longer employees,

and the formula for the additional bonus is transparent—anyone can calculate it,

so HR, stop guessing whether we secretly looked at the payslips.
