Work 3 hours of overtime and you get an 80-dollar boxed meal
The annual salary is actually paid out over 12 months
There’s nothing besides the extra 80 dollars
Year-end bonus? Year-end banquet? Gifts for the three major holidays?
Forget it—even holiday gifts are out of the question!
The timelines given internally for going public never count
I’ve heard around five different going-public dates!
The reasons given for keeping employees working overtime are always DEMOs and rushing to go public
After we do our best to get it done, they then say there are actually still
one or two working days left. Are you kidding me?
If you have enough of a slave mentality, you’re absolutely welcome to join!

Let’s talk about the supervisors
They may or may not look at the daily reports
They look at them, but still don’t notice any problems
The version keeps changing, and every time (?) before going public
there still isn’t a stable version
Eventually there are a whole bunch of versions
If a feature is supposed to be demonstrated the next day, shouldn’t you work on it first?
They keep adding new features even though the existing ones aren’t complete
I really have no idea where the blueprint in their heads is supposed to lead
They only make the work more complicated. The company can’t go public on schedule,
and this has a lot to do with them. They’ve worn everyone down,
and people are almost impossible to retain—do you know that?
One person has 3 or 4 jobs, and the only priorities are “do it first”
and “do it even sooner.” It’s impossible to make sense of....
The boss is something else too: an order issued in the morning can be changed by evening
Every time, he comes to the company and mouths off to everyone
He tells everyone to ask questions, so we ask how benefits related to going public
will be arranged afterward?
He actually replies: “Of course I have my own plans” = =
Damn, we just want to know what you’ve planned!
Then he makes a bunch of promises, saying there will be spring banquets and group dinners
It’s all empty talk. He even says that anyone earning less than 100,000 a month
can’t be considered to have escaped poverty. Do you know we don’t even have a third of that?
When you get right down to it, it’s all about money~
I’ve worked here for a year and still haven’t gotten a raise
There’s no overtime pay, and you can’t take annual leave after six months or a year
The moment you take leave, they deduct money from your pay, saying we should share the company’s hardships,
but in reality, we’re the only ones making allowances for the company
Why doesn’t the company make allowances for our desire to take time off?
Because the company hasn’t made any money yet~
