No pros
I submitted my résumé and was invited by HR for an interview.
When I arrived at the site (the Taipei headquarters), no one greeted me.
I had to find an employee who looked unoccupied and ask where I should wait for the interview.
1) HR and the supervisor had not coordinated properly:
The department supervisor acted as if they had no idea why I was there for an interview.
2) The interviewer did not respect the interviewee:
While I was answering their questions, they were scrolling on their phone and kept staring at it.
3) They tried to put me into a position I had not applied for:
The supervisor was arrogant, kept criticizing my qualifications, and cut the salary.
They wanted me to do OP work (but I had applied for a different position).

I had actually already received the offer I considered ideal.
However, I still traveled north by train to attend the scheduled interview.
For one thing, I keep my word once I have agreed to something.
For another, interviewing with multiple companies helps me learn more about the responsibilities and salaries for the same position at different companies.
I do not believe that a company that treats job applicants this carelessly would treat its employees much better.
