The company is full of outsiders who consider themselves professionals.
The management seems to have gotten in through connections.
If the company didn’t have powerful backing, I really don’t know how it has managed to operate until now.
The pay is quite low. Think twice before joining this company.
I advise idealistic young people not to waste their time!
