The colleagues are very easy to get along with and respect everyone’s individuality. Even introverts can be themselves. It’s a flat organization, so there are no bureaucratic issues.
Having previously worked at a large bureaucratic company, I was deeply impressed by the light office-politics atmosphere and how easygoing the colleagues are.
There is no overtime culture. Work starts at 10 a.m., and by 7:30 p.m. there is almost no one left in the office.
The benefits cannot compare with those of large companies with employee welfare committees,
but for young people who value continually changing jobs to improve their abilities,
this does not have much impact.
Compared with startups that have snack bars, the company only has a beverage cabinet and snacks that everyone brings in themselves.
