Opinion title:

Cons:

Some of the company benefits you find or see online do not exist; believe only half of what you read. 4. The R&D manager has poor emotional intelligence. According to employees, he gets angry almost every day and sometimes tells you to calculate calculus for no reason, so you should be prepared if you join. 5. There is a clueless person in R&D named Zheng x Yong. This is the worst R&D person I have ever encountered; everything he does goes wrong. If you have work experience, do not come here under any circumstances—you will regret it 200%. People say not to join a small company; you absolutely should take that advice seriously. Those without work experience should come even less, because you will not learn much here.
