You can slack off; it’s suitable for taking it easy until retirement.
1. The salary hardly ever increases.
2. The parking lot is incredibly shady and crowded. There are nowhere near enough parking spaces, and cars are constantly getting scratched. You write a proposal for improvements, but because you aren’t an important person, management completely ignores you. Boo-hoo.
3. At affiliated companies, no matter how hard you work, you can only ever make it to team leader. You work yourself to the bone and give your life to the company, yet the harder you work, the less likely you are to receive the value you deserve. There is basically no value at all.
4. People keep leaving, and there is no review or reflection. They have an attitude that as long as someone is doing the work, that’s good enough.
5. Everything is put off until later. When the time comes, everything gets overturned and abandoned, or it simply isn’t used anymore.
