Starting at 2.8K for fresh graduates, and 3.2K or more for those with over one year of relevant work experience. After completing three months, salary is adjusted based on the supervisor’s assessment, with an average increase of at least 1,500–2,000. Upon completing each full year of employment, the average adjustment is 10–15%. Working hours are 8:30–6:00, with lunch break until 1:30. Overtime pay is calculated from 6:00 onward. Unless there are special circumstances, employees have two days off per week. Holiday overtime is handled in accordance with the Labor Standards Act. Although an employee reported the company, an investigation confirmed that the company does meet the standards of the Labor Standards Act. After completing one year or more, employees receive a NT$1,000 red envelope for each of the three major festivals and on their birthday; those with less than one year receive NT$500.

Although the salary standard is not that of a large company, the pay at a small company should not leave engineers feeling particularly undercompensated. If there is a profitable project, small bonuses of a few thousand dollars may occasionally be distributed.
