The only advantage is that the handful of colleagues are nice.

1. The boss is moody and loses their temper very easily. They show very little respect for employees or for professional expertise, thinking they know everything.

2. Do not work in marketing here. The boss has a typical small-company mindset and thinks that every dollar you spend must generate ten dollars in return, otherwise they will explode with anger again.

3. The managers are useless. They do not dare raise problems with the boss and only know how to comply.

4. Some senior employees are incompetent and difficult to communicate with. The boss does not deal with them; instead, they give them shockingly high salaries.

5. The company has an extremely high turnover rate, mainly because of the boss’s serious problems with emotional control and management philosophy.

6. The pay-raise system is effectively nonexistent. Even when the boss makes more money, employees are not rewarded.

Overall, I strongly do not recommend it! It would also be better for advertisers not to accept advertising work from this company; otherwise, you will be driven crazy.
