Pros
The company environment is pretty good.
Cons
1. The boss has a very bad temper.
2. The boss insists that the office play the radio while working, which is very noisy.
3. The handover period after submitting a resignation is an absolute nightmare; you get criticized for all sorts of reasons.
4. The employment certificates always contain very negative evaluations. If you want to tarnish your professional résumé, you can work for this company.
5. Employees’ abilities vary widely, making collaboration very difficult.
