The accounting department is easy to get along with.
1. The female planning supervisor surnamed Lin has a serious problem with emotional management. She has a “very close personal relationship” with a male designer, which causes her private feelings to affect work. She shows particular favoritism toward the male designer, who is very good at ingratiating himself with her. The two often take the opportunity to go out together under the pretext of checking colors at the printing company or visiting a store. Previously, female designers always went alone.
2. I strongly recommend that women not apply for this design position. The turnover rate among female designers is high. (Men may be suitable, but they have to be handsome and her type. It is unclear whether this female planner is working or choosing a boyfriend.)
3. The design department does not feel like a team. This female supervisor likes to form cliques. Even if you work diligently, she will find various trivial issues to target you over and deliberately assign urgent tasks before the end of the workday, causing designers to work overtime. (During the interview, they said overtime would not be paid, but that employees could leave punctually at the end of their working hours.) She treats male designers differently.
4. The job duties and collaboration methods described by the female planner during the interview are completely different from the actual working conditions. The female planning supervisor lacks planning ability, resulting in the design team having no clear direction for collaboration.
