This is not a genuinely happy workplace, because the working hours are extremely long. If you do not work overtime, you will feel out of place among everyone else.
The promotion channels are not smooth. Not working overtime implies that you have too little to do; the company’s unspoken culture is that the longer you work overtime, the better your performance will be.
Be careful: this is a profitable company that uses excuses to lay people off. They may call you into a small room that afternoon and tell you to leave the same day; this happens every year. In summary, if you are talented, it is not recommended that you join this company for long-term development.
