Pleasant environment

There are often group purchases~ and snacks

The training for new hires is very poor. It is always the new hire's problem.

Many policies are actually established based on the supervisor's personal emotions.

For example, if someone gets hungry at 5 p.m. and eats some bread,

the supervisor will get upset.

The supervisor can go to 7-Eleven to buy a drink during work hours,

but if an employee steps out to buy a drink, they will get scolded.

The workload is heavy. One person is expected to handle multiple platforms, yet the pay is only around 24K, and they still think you are paid a lot and should perform very well.

It really feels like cultivation. There is a lack of proper education and training, yet they will ask whether you have copied your notes properly.

People are scolded until they cry in the office, and the supervisor may frequently use demeaning language.

No wonder the intern or full-time employee turnover in a certain department is high—it is not without reason, haha.
