The e-commerce project is located at Nangang Software Park. The building is clean and provides meals, and it is also very close to the MRT station. In addition, with the monthly performance bonuses, the salary is quite good for a fresh graduate with a liberal arts background.
1. The year-end bonus is calculated based on the basic salary (most people are at NT$23,000).
2. There is no salary-raise system. Even after working for 10 years, you can only get a few thousand dollars more at most. You have to change jobs to get a substantial raise, so turnover is very high, and the people who remain have to take on more and more work.
3. Each project manager has a different management style. Some force employees to stay after work every week for meetings or reviews without paying overtime (from half an hour to one hour). When this was reported to HR, the response was: “We do this too, so you should understand.” No wonder HR turnover is also very high. After a labor inspection, they did start paying properly.
