For a technician, 26K is more than 22K or 23K... I guess??
Meals provided, although they’re really hard to eat.
The company has implemented this super-intense zero-inventory policy, so whenever materials arrive, everyone has to work overtime to rush the job.
When there are no materials and nothing to do, dispatched workers are sent home to fend for themselves. Dispatched workers are treated even worse than disposable chopsticks.
A certain line supervisor is incompetent and has no idea how to lead. The pay raise process is laughable too—just currying favor with the company to save costs.
They drive people on their own line to quit out of frustration, then recruit people from other lines.
The only reason for the overtime is this unbelievably unreasonable zero-inventory idea. I had to share this.
They’ve been recruiting forever without reflecting on the problem. Even if the salary is higher than that for technicians at other companies, so what?
Oh, right—they also place employees on unpaid leave. The job posting on 104 doesn’t need to be taken down; it can just stay up forever.
