Pros
The base salary is a little higher, but meal expenses are included in the base salary.
The products are good.
There are many employee purchase discounts.
Cons
Overtime pay is 100 per hour.
Overtime pay for work exceeding regular hours is also 100 per hour.
They say there is annual leave, but in fact, you only get New Year's Eve and New Year's Day off.
There is no compensatory day off for national holidays.
Managers apply inconsistent standards and indulge unreasonable customers.
There are no employee trips.
The year-end banquet was acceptable.
