The boss's mindset is not much different from that of the typical exploitative Taiwanese boss. When you apply, they will nominally tell you one job title, but after you join the company, you will find that the work you do gradually becomes farther and farther from what was discussed in the interview. Basically, it is a process of being strung along and taken advantage of. The company "does not provide year-end bonuses," "does not provide year-end bonuses," "does not provide year-end bonuses." This is important, so I’m saying it three times.

What this means is that an ordinary company would at least provide a one-month year-end bonus, but this company does not.
