Pros

1. The working hours are very punctual; as soon as the time is up, everyone naturally leaves.

2. Everything complies with the Labor Standards Act.

Cons

1. Minimum-wage pay. Unless you have connections, don't expect any opportunity for a salary increase; not having your salary reduced is already lucky.

2. The work is tedious, and having your own ideas is strictly prohibited; you can only follow instructions.

3. Communicating with colleagues during working hours is prohibited. If you have a question, you can only ask the instructor. If the instructor cannot solve it, then there is no solution.

4. Bringing a mobile phone into the work area during working hours is strictly prohibited. If you have something to attend to, you can use it outside the company, but you will be questioned about it.

5. The work allocation may appear orderly and regulated, but in reality it is completely unfair because your output can be manipulated by people.

6. You have to cooperate with the instructor in putting on an act for management. If you do not cooperate, your output will decrease, and you will then be questioned about it.

7. If the company's overall business performance is poor, low-ranked employees will take turns being publicly humiliated.

8. Basically, employees have no sense of solidarity and only hope that they themselves will not be the unlucky ones.

9. Whenever there is a problem, it is absolutely always the fault of the lowest-level employees, which is very much in line with Japanese companies' standards.

10. Basically, most of the problems that exist within the company are always caught in an endless cycle and occur regularly when the time comes.

11. Entering the company always gives you the feeling of being cut off from the outside world.

12. The computer equipment is extremely poor, and you constantly have to worry about crashes, making it impossible to work smoothly.

13. Employee turnover is extremely high, and there seem to be problems with workplace bullying.
