At least the girl is nice to look at

First, let me say that I interviewed there before. The project I’m working on now went live in time and has over 50,000 users.

1. At first, the supervisor said there was no need to prepare, but when I arrived, they asked some brain-dead questions—I almost died laughing.

First, they asked some idiotic HTML TAG questions to see whether I had used them. It was obvious they thought they were really impressive and cool just because they had used them—so ridiculously stupid it felt like a scam.

2. They asked how sockets communicate. After I explained it, they pretended to understand and argued with me anyway. (I built a chatroom that supported tens of thousands of users chatting on it, with clustering too.)

All I can say is that old-timers can be such assholes. They’ve never seen much of the outside world, yet they really think their pathetic system is something special. For fuck’s sake, it’s just a small system, so why are they getting this worked up?

3. By the way, I’m a graduate of the Institute for Information Industry ^^. It’s 2018, and everyone is using Vue and React. Please stop asking about tags.

Is it really that hard to look it up on W3C yourself?
