This company has absolutely no advantages whatsoever
Anyone considering applying to this company should think twice.
This is a 40-year-old company, yet it has virtually no systems or processes, and policies change constantly.
Regardless of ability or right and wrong, the company shows unlimited tolerance toward long-term employees, while new employees are treated as if they are expendable. Internal relationships among relatives and friends are extremely complicated, with many people connected to the company leadership. Because of the interests of senior employees, decisions that would benefit the company are difficult to implement smoothly, making it hard to retain talent.
1. This company basically has no benefits.
2. What is said during the interview is completely different from what happens after joining the company.
3. The boss’s mood is unpredictable, so everyone has to watch her mood.
4. When working at this company, you have to treat every day as if it might be your last, because you could be laid off for no apparent reason at any time.
5. The boss gives anyone only one chance. If she is dissatisfied, there is no opportunity to recover.
6. All ideas, policies, and plans can change from one moment to the next, making it impossible to adapt; decisions made in a morning meeting may be overturned in the afternoon.
7. The boss’s personal preferences take precedence over everything, but she may turn against people at any time and disavow them.
8. The criteria for selecting and appointing people are impossible to determine. In addition, unplanned overtime cannot be refused.
9. There are many relatives and people connected to the company leadership.
10. New employees will find it extremely difficult to survive for more than a year, while long-term employees have it very easy.
11. The boss has no respect for professional expertise and will use her experience from 40 years ago to argue against it.
12. Leaving work on time is considered irresponsible, so you must devote yourself to the company year-round, without time off, to be considered responsible.
13. When you first join the company, new employees are made to feel hopeful and highly motivated, but it is all fake. New employees may initially think it is a wonderful workplace, but that is also fake.
This company’s problems are too numerous to list. For job seekers who are not afraid of the risks—or who are fresh graduates and unaware of what they are getting into—although job hunting is a personal choice, it is still advisable to choose a company carefully.
