A bunch of red flags before even having the interview
This happened in the middle of the month. Since I was still employed and looking for a job, I could only schedule the interview during times when the interviewer was available. However, after we had agreed on a day for the interview, Director Wang, the operations manager for the northern region, said she had something to do that day and would not be returning to headquarters, so she wanted to reschedule the interview for another time at a store. I agreed, but at around 8 a.m. on the day of the interview, she suddenly messaged me to change the location because she had something else come up and wanted to reschedule the interview at another location. Earlier, I had also asked whether she could directly provide information about the salary structure, but she never gave me a clear answer. It was not until I called her that day to reconfirm whether there was another time we could arrange the interview that she said they did not conduct verbal interviews. She also spoke to me very rudely, saying that she was accommodating my schedule, not the other way around. I am the job seeker, and I had already communicated the times when I was available for an interview. Yet she was the one who kept changing the interview location, always saying that something had come up. If the location keeps being changed every time something comes up, how am I supposed to interview with you? Wasn't I also continuously accommodating you? The quality of this company is truly astonishing.
