The environment is okay, working hours are flexible, and there are free snacks.

1. The company does not provide bonuses or gift boxes for the three major holidays, and apparently there is no year-end bonus either (I had not worked there for a full year, so I never received one).

2. The company’s HR manager, Ms. Su (everyone supports We***r), has an extremely bad temper and serious personality issues. She is snobbish, very good at flattering the boss and senior executives, but harsh toward her colleagues and subordinates. The company’s work rules only apply to people who are easy to bully; more forceful employees and senior executives enjoy privileges. There is absolutely no equal treatment.

As the HR manager, she even miscalculated employees’ annual leave and tried to argue away their basic rights. If you are considering joining this company, please think it over again and again, and be mentally prepared.

3. The company’s strategy, operating methods, and ability to execute business are all very unclear. There are no concrete SOPs: they do whatever they want, and then projects are abandoned halfway through with no follow-up. This is because the managers and leaders lack the ability to lead their colleagues. Even if other employees have talent, they still lack capable leaders.

4. If you want to find a good company with job security, long-term prospects, a promotion system, and benefits, you really must take my advice seriously.

If there were a rating lower than “poor,” I would definitely choose the lowest and worst rating... It is really not just ordinarily bad.
