Throughout the interview, they kept talking about how the company markets itself (talking and talking), going on endlessly, like an insurance salesperson promoting their own products. They did not discuss benefits or salary, and kept pointing out flaws in my résumé. In the end, after dismissing me, they simply never followed up. The interview had already lasted two and a half hours. They had no intention of having a meaningful discussion and wasted my time. This interview experience was extremely poor; an interview is not an occasion to sit and listen to a lecture.
