The recruitment process involved a group audition in which each person had three minutes to introduce themselves. Then, during the week before I was scheduled to report to work, I had to take two days off to go to the company for interviews. Finally, when I reported for work, I discovered that the job duties and salary differed from what had been discussed during the interview.
Regarding one aspect of the salary, I was only informed after joining that I would also need to collect transportation-related or other relevant receipts each month to claim what was supposedly a “transportation allowance.” If the amount did not reach 2,000, it seemed that my base salary would be affected. The most baffling part was that every employee had to publicly display their personal Facebook account in front of the entire company during meetings and state how many posts they had published that week and how many were related to the company. Colleagues would rate them from the audience, and this apparently affected performance evaluation standards.
If you are considering joining, please think carefully. There are also all kinds of baffling unspoken rules at the company. In short, please think twice.......
