The lunch break is very long

The company is poorly managed, with a bunch of old-timers who do nothing.
The head of the management department considers themself an industry talent, but is actually extremely annoying.
Every meeting ends without a conclusion; all problems are simply passed back and forth, with no solutions or improvement plans.
