Pros
If you are a sycophant or smooth talker, or even someone who rises by stepping on others, this is the perfect place for you to shine.
Cons
1. The boss is wearing the emperor’s new clothes, surrounded by nothing but sycophantic ministers.
2. More than once, employees have been fired face-to-face without warning in meetings attended by twenty or thirty people, making for an extremely awkward scene.
3. Your colleagues may be gone next week—or suddenly disappear tomorrow, or even this afternoon...
4. The company has no systems, only paper, Office, and even word of mouth.
