1. They looked at your portfolio and invited you to an interview, only to tell you that the design portfolio does not match our product style.
2. The interview took three hours, with the department manager and HR conducting it. HR had an unfriendly demeanor and was not easy to get along with (there will be a second interview).
3. A responsibility-based work system, with no overtime pay.
