Every day is painful
Too many to count
1. NT$1,000 is deducted every month for the labor pension fund
2. Everyone in the company, from top to bottom, has a very short temper
3. Work procedures are never clearly explained, and whenever something goes wrong, you are blamed for everything
4. It is a family business, so children may run around the company, playing, shouting, crying, and laughing, which affects your work
5. There is secondhand smoke everywhere in the corridors. It smells terrible and harms your health
6. The work responsibilities are chaotic—you are expected to handle everything, and whenever something goes wrong, you are blamed (you will be lectured, loudly berated, and repeatedly reminded that you are causing the owner to lose money)
7. Starting in the latter half of the year (September–December), you can take only four days off per month, all on Sundays; working Saturdays is mandatory
8. Working on national holidays is mandatory (Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, and National Day), and one or two days of extended holiday breaks may also be taken away
9. There is no overtime pay for working on Saturdays
10. You may be transferred to a department to do unrelated work
