1. The base salary is only a little over 18,000, with many allowances added on top. Taking just one day of leave means deductions from both the transportation allowance and perfect-attendance bonus. This is an extremely unreasonable salary structure.
2. New office employees without relevant specialized experience are not taught anything. New hires are expected to teach themselves. The company uses inexperienced employees to reduce labor costs and provides no training! As if not being taught weren't enough, new hires also have to bear the brunt of criticism themselves. All I can say is that it is extremely frustrating!
3. There is often a foul odor in the office.
4. Everyone has to clock in early in the morning to clean regularly! The company is even unwilling to hire a cleaner; all I can say is that it is extremely cost-conscious about labor.
5. A certain woman in the finance department is really difficult and annoying ==
6. People in the factory are often injured in work-related accidents; there have even been cases of amputations. The injured workers are all migrant workers. The company dismisses them with just tens of thousands of dollars and even tries to suppress the incidents.
7. I strongly advise against new graduates coming here. Besides the terrible training, the company's systems are also very inadequate.
