1. The reason I’m not giving a negative review is that the attitude was still fairly kind.
2. As shown in one of the reviews, HR asked fairly detailed questions.
The position I interviewed for was “E-commerce Marketing and Graphic Design Specialist.” Take note～When you see the word “specialist,” you know it means doing miscellaneous tasks!
The listing on 104 was written very briefly. It was only after going to the interview that I found out that, besides graphic design and planning, the role also included sales, product shipments and receiving, and inventory quantity control—a one-stop-shop concept. HR said the company discourages overtime and hopes to cultivate someone who can work independently (skilled in both writing and practical tasks), but it would be difficult not to work overtime when one person has to handle everything, right? The company has 80 employees! Isn’t that cutting labor costs a bit too much?
