Seeing the boss living in their own world
You can tell that our vice president doesn’t know how to reflect on their actions just by reading their response on Facebook.

I’m constantly being educated right now.

Because I’m full of so-called wild ideas that employees dislike,
I have a habit of recording creative ideas,
and I often share some of my thoughts.
Over the years, I’ve come up with many things...
-----> In the end, nothing was ever produced, and our projects were worked to death.

At my previous job, I worked there for almost five years.
It was during a period of economic takeoff, but my salary was about 30,000 and was never adjusted.
-----> So if you don’t want to give us a raise, just say so. Don’t keep deceiving us little employees.

As long as you have the right people! The direction is the same! The philosophy is the same!
For a company under a certain size!
Things like systems aren’t important!
In the end, they played their trump card, saying that they themselves needed to adjust properly, but now nothing needs to be adjusted after all. We’re all wrong anyway. They create systems themselves and then destroy them. Somehow, everything is decided by them. Their Facebook posts are long-winded, just like their meetings, full of pointless talk. There is absolutely no focus; they just look for like-minded people to comfort themselves, their own followers. Right, then just do everything yourself.
Not that they have many ideas— they only hold a few small meetings. With so many employees, not a single person supports their comments. What a pathetic boss.
Wasn’t the job supposed to be helping clients with branding and marketing? And now they say they’re going to properly manage their own Facebook.... How hilarious.
A little employee whose regular salary doesn’t meet your 40,000 requirement
