Fake foreign company

The benefits are only about 30% better than those at Taiwanese companies (for people with experience). Don’t romanticize foreign companies too much unless you work abroad.

Colleagues around 25 years old are generally easier to get along with. The company mostly hires people with little experience, so responding humbly to senior colleagues may result in better feedback (possibly).

The company occasionally holds activities and coordinates with holidays (it’s all very formal and just for show; you’re so busy that you have no time to participate anyway).

The company places a strong emphasis on seniority. There is no overtime pay, only compensatory leave. The process for applying for compensatory leave has only recently become available, but in the past six months or more, no assistant has dared to apply (applications are not approved). The team leader will ask why you worked overtime and why you couldn’t finish your work.

As an assistant, you will be looked down on by senior colleagues. Most assistants only handle backend settings and cannot learn anything.

Senior colleagues make configuration errors, and the company habitually shifts responsibility across teams or onto assistants.

The only ways to receive satisfactory pay and bonuses are: luck, currying favor, flattery, and falsifying performance (for example, selling items at a higher price than the employee purchase price).
