成綸企業股份有限公司
Pros

Only on the day of the interview did the sales department manager seem relatively easy to talk to.

Cons

I advise anyone considering joining this company to think twice. The scheduled working hours are 7:50–16:50, but in practice you have to arrive at the company by 7:45. From 7:45 to 8:00, you start cleaning the workplace. After cleaning, you are not allowed to eat breakfast and must wait until 10:00. Mobile phones cannot be brought into the company, and there can be no personal belongings or food on your desk. The lunch break is only 55 minutes, and they do not let you start eating five minutes early. In addition, a monthly meeting is held every month. In past years, the annual monthly meeting has always been held on Saturdays, with no compensatory leave or overtime pay—in other words, you work for free. You also have to give a presentation on what you did last year, how much money you made for the company, and the benefits you generated. Only if your presentation is good will your year-end bonus be high, and the year-end bonus is not fixed; it depends on your own performance.

The payment method is to transfer the minimum wage stipulated by the Labor Standards Act, with the remaining salary paid in cash. This means your labor pension contributions are insured at the minimum level. The company operates on the edge of the law, so I strongly advise anyone considering joining to think twice.

The sales department manager only seemed relatively pleasant on the day of the interview. After that, the manager would continually make sarcastic remarks, saying that there was something wrong with your brain and telling you to improve your logic. When calculating costs, the manager still uses an old-fashioned calculator and then enters the results into a Word file, because the manager cannot use Excel and does not trust Excel. How much profit to add and how to account for losses are entirely based on the manager’s mood, with no consistent standard. Whenever you submit any document for approval, you have to stand beside the manager and wait until it has been reviewed and approved before you can leave. It is an extremely traditional company.

People who are just starting their careers or who want to toughen themselves up are welcome to give it a try!
