The company provides free drinks.

This is truly the worst company I have ever worked for. I only discovered after joining that the entire company was made up of newcomers, even though the company had already been operating for five years! As soon as you join, you are assigned a huge amount of work. I am not exaggerating when I say that one person is expected to do the work of three. There is not even time to eat. On top of not receiving overtime pay, if you do not do the work well, you will be subjected to verbal abuse from the boss! Policies are changed constantly, but not once are they actually implemented successfully. The boss has a princess complex and thinks the company is extremely important! Every employee stays for less than six months on average; anyone who stays for more than six months is considered a veteran. The boss also shows very little respect for professional expertise, expecting you to produce a thousand-dollar result for ten dollars. If you cannot do it, you are told that you have low stress tolerance, do not work hard enough, and give up without even trying! If you want to be exploited and treated like a wage slave, come on over!
