The person who invited me to the interview was friendly and polite, as was the receptionist.
- The location is remote.
- The managers were late because their meeting ran over.
- They did not proactively provide details about the job responsibilities. After I asked, they gave examples of what they involved and said that the work was very diverse.
- They had not reviewed the interviewee’s résumé beforehand and read it during the interview. The interviewers asked each other, “Are there any other questions to ask?” and I had to wait while they thought of questions.
- One of the interview questions was: “How much were you paid at your previous job?”
