The company’s turnover rate is frighteningly high. Someone leaves every month, and new people are constantly being hired. Only a few employees seem to stay permanently; everyone else should be careful because they could be let go at any time. There is absolutely no training for new employees. When you first arrive, no one pays any attention to you, and even after a month, you still may not understand what you are supposed to do. They may also suddenly tell you to leave, giving only “not a good fit” as the reason without providing any specific explanation. The boss absolutely cannot tolerate new employees making mistakes, nor can they tolerate subordinates explaining themselves.
