There’s really nothing to be happy about.
I applied for an assistant operations position, but during the interview they said there was no such position. They said everyone had to start over and learn from scratch, beginning with making deliveries and running errands. During the interview, they said I might occasionally have to go out to make deliveries, but in reality it was every day—the entire workday was spent making deliveries ^ ^. It was completely different from what they initially said.
They were hiring for an errands position but tried to gloss over it. The salary was 23K during the probationary period and 25K for a permanent position. I’ve asked around, and this is the lowest in the industry. They only like obedient young newcomers, emphasizing that graduates are there to learn, which is supposedly why they offer this salary.
