Learned a lot, a lot, a lot of things?

The position is listed as an R&D Specialist at JIACHAN Biotechnology, but in reality it has absolutely nothing to do with the external sales department. It is essentially like working for a small company, with only the manager, you, and a bunch of unpaid interns (before I left, they said they would hire more people, but I don’t know whether that was really true). Although it is called an R&D Specialist position, it is actually an end-to-end role involving purchase requests, quotations, shipping, production, communicating with overseas customers, and helping the manager take notes.

The manager is accustomed to eating dinner at the company, so your working overtime every day means nothing to him. There is no overtime pay because this is “company culture,” but this department is often the last one to leave the entire company.

The manager has poor emotional management and is often impatient. When I asked him about matters that the previous employee had not handed over, he often replied that he didn’t know.

Lunch breaks are frequently delayed.
