They claim they will become an IT company in the future, but the entire IT department has fewer than five people.
The IT manager has very poor professional skills and even takes credit for the work of subordinates.
There is a lot of pirated software internally, and they even try to save on the budget for purchasing licenses.
They never sign maintenance contracts for the systems they purchase, yet they are smugly convinced that they are being frugal and calculating.
The company is full of the boss’s relatives and favorites. Even the boss thinks they are a liability, yet still expects others to play the bad cop.
There are too many examples to list; continuing would really make the company look bad, rrr
