(1) Filling out the résumé without listing the ages and salaries of family members
I explained that what matters is my professional skills and experience,
but the interviewer told me that this can show whether a person
is careful in their work, whether they are thorough, and whether they cooperate—
doing whatever the supervisor asks you to do.
(2) The supervisor did not respect the interviewee during the interview
Whenever someone passed by the meeting room, the supervisor would widen their eyes to see who it was.
This happened approximately 20–30 times, showing that they were very uneasy about what others were doing.
They were not focused during the interview, which left the interviewee with a poor impression.
(3) The supervisor would forget things you had already mentioned during the interview.
You had to repeat what you had said, as if they did not care about what the interviewee had said,
making one wonder whether they were listening attentively.
(4) During the interview, the supervisor repeatedly mentioned
that the company was not a place for training people for other companies.
People like that did not need to come to work at all; they could just look for a job paying 22K.
This gave the impression that the company had a very high turnover rate
and was unable to retain talent,
which was why the supervisor kept complaining about training people for others.
