The relationships among colleagues are actually quite good (possibly because of the department).
Salary: During the interview, they said that after the probationary period, your salary would be “reviewed” for a raise, but in reality they only use various excuses to evade the issue and do not give raises.
Some people have been there for six months or even more than a year and are still receiving the “probationary salary.”
Promotions: There are likewise few opportunities for promotion, so long-serving employees eventually leave.
Internally, the workforce is increasingly made up of younger people.
Turnover: Extremely high! After a batch of new hires joins, perhaps only half will still be there after three months.
Overtime: Overtime is particularly serious in certain departments! There is no overtime pay.
