1. A perfunctory job opening; the interviewer did not even look me in the eye and turned around and left immediately after the interview.... Very little courtesy.
2. The leave system is very unusual: eight days off per month. In principle, weekends are off, but if there are nine Saturdays and Sundays in a given month, one of them must be covered by duty.
3. As mentioned in the comments above, you must work five days of duty each month and extend your workday by two hours, leaving work at 8:00 p.m.
4. The lunch break is one hour, but it must be taken in shifts: one group at 12:00 and another at 1:00.
