I never worked there, so I don't know what the advantages are.
1. I interviewed for a mechanical designer position. The supervisor interviewed two candidates at once and asked about our salary expectations together. As a result, the other candidate heard my asking salary. That supervisor didn't even have the common sense to keep salary information confidential, despite bragging that they had been there for 10 years.
2. They said they would respond within a week regardless of whether I was hired. Not only did they fail to respond, but when I called to ask, they lied and said the boss was too busy with business matters to handle personnel issues. After asking a friend who works there, I found out that the truth had been deliberately concealed.
